Stonewall Ranches is a growing development company developing land in the San Angelo area. Starting with the original Stonewall Ranch, Stonewall Ranches is now developing Stonewall Ridge, Stonewall Valley and our newest ranch development, Stonewall Creek.

 

All Stonewall Ranches developments have water provided by Concho Rural Water and electricity provided by the Concho Valley Rural Electric Cooperative. All are heavily restricted to protect the value of the ranches. All ranches have an abundance of deer, turkey and quail.

Stonewall Valley: Adjacent to Stonewall Ridge to the South on Highway 277 lies the 520 acres that makes up Stonewall Valley. There are 14 ranches in this development with four already sold. These ranches are from 23 to 60 acres. Prices start at @2,900 per acre. Stonewall Valley is in the Christoval ISD.

 

 

Stonewall Reserve: Our newest development is a 33 acre residential tract site in the Wall ISD. Already, 15 of these tracts are sold and are under contract.

 

Tracts started at 5 acres (but these are all sold) and we had on e 29.75 acre tract but it is sold as well. The remaining tracts are from 7.7 acres to 15 acres.

 

Construction has started on the first home in Stonewall Reserve with three other house plans being designed.
